The Photaza Print scanning order process is simple and safe.

Step 1: Place your order
Place your scanning order online or with your consultant. You will receive an email within 48 hours with a UPS prepaid shipping label attached.

Step 2: Prepare your photos for shipping
Remove all prints from albums or envelopes. We can only scan loose prints. Be sure to remove all tape, staples, paper clips, glue or other attachments from the prints. Mounted prints cannot be scanned. And remember prints with copyright restrictions cannot be scanned.

Print the prepaid UPS packing label emailed from Photaza. Carefully pack your photos, grouped by size, and attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the box.

Step 3: Ship your photos
Drop off your packed photos at any UPS Store, Staples or Office Max location. Be sure to ask for a tracking number from the drop off location so you can track your shipment on Photaza’s website. Photaza’s website interfaces with UPS so you have the most up to date shipping information on your package.

Step 4: Delivery acknowledgment
As soon as Photaza receives your photos, you will receive an email informing you that your photos have arrived at the Photaza labs and are inline to be scanned.

Step 5: Scanning and production
Once your photos have been scanned in the Photaza labs, the photos will be transferred to CD or DVD and uploaded to your account on Photaza’s website for instant access and further ordering.

Step 6: Delivery of your product
Photaza will ship your original photos and scanned digital images on disk right away. Once shipped, you will receive an email from Photaza confirming shipment, including the UPS tracking number. Your package will be shipped with a required signature receipt. This means that UPS will not leave the package on your door step. After a few unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package will be held at the closest distribution center for you to pickup. A notice will be left at your door with instructions for pickup.
